When the battery arrived , the gift recipient could not get the battery to plug into the vest. I called Vestuvas customer service. The representative was friendly, kind and knowledgeable. She collected all the information and told me she would contact me in a couple days. Since the best was a gift they needed the Amazon order number. I obtained that info and within 3 days the problem was solved. I recommend the Vestvus heated vest and the larger replacement battery.
