I wouldn’t trade a larger battery pack for longer warmth – the small pack is perfect – not overly bulky. I wear this at my desk. You could wear under a jacket on very cold days. Wish the arms weren’t so large – they aren’t really built for women’s smaller arms and are kind of droopy/ big (but not too long). The sizing is correct. I am a size 12 and fit a large just fine.
